The Billings Hotel and Convention Center in Montana's largest city has completed a nearly $5 million expansion and remodel, adding 15,500 square feet of new convention space, called the Missouri Conference Center, which brings the property's total to nearly 41,000 square feet of flexible meeting space across 20 rooms.
The facility now features state-of-the-art A/V technology with video and streaming capabilities, an 18- to 25-foot graduated ceiling, and two divider walls for customizable layouts.
The existing Billings Convention Center is comprised of 19 rooms with nearly 26,000 square feet of meeting space, including 4,800 square feet of exhibition space.

Beyond its convention offerings, the Billings Hotel and Convention Center offers 232 recently renovated rooms. The three-meal Mama Jo’s Restaurant offers a menu of American fare. Other amenities include a fitness center, a hot tub and a large indoor pool with two waterslides.
Exploring the surroundings
Billings, known as Montana's Trailhead, is a jumping-off point for several historical spots, including Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument, site of Custer's Last Stand. About 30 miles from downtown is Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area, featuring 27 miles of view-filled trails; fishing and boating on the Bighorn River, and four historic ranches where visitor can learn how cattle are raised on the range.
